If you are not sure how to perform a particular calculation, the FAQ page answers the most common percentage questions in plain language. Each answer is self-contained and covers the formula, the logic, and a worked example.
For step-by-step learning, the guides page links to focused calculator pages and explanations for percentage increase, decrease, difference, reverse percentage, and the 'what is X% of Y?' question.
If you want to understand a formula in depth — including when it applies, what its limitations are, and how it relates to other formulas — the percentage formulas page covers all ten formulas used on the site.
Learning and examples
The examples page contains over ten fully worked numerical examples across all the main calculation types. Each example shows the inputs, the formula applied, the working, and the result. If you are learning how a calculation works rather than looking for a quick answer, start there.
The blog contains further guides and explanations that go beyond the core calculator pages.
Reporting a content or technical issue
If you believe a formula is incorrect, an example produces the wrong result, or a page contains a factual error, a public feedback channel will be listed here when available. In the meantime, please gather the following details before reporting:
- The exact page URL where you found the issue.
- The specific text, formula, or result you believe is incorrect.
- What you expect the correct value or wording to be, and why (include your own working if the issue is a numerical error).
- The browser and device you were using, if the issue is with the interactive calculator rather than the written content.
Direct email and form support
Direct email and form-based contact support is not currently offered. The site is a small educational project and cannot provide individualised calculation help or respond to general enquiries through a support channel.
A public contact method will be listed on this page once one is available. Until then, the resources linked above cover the most common needs.
